According to the Notification on Administrative Fees of Food and Drug Supervision and Administration Departments under Management of the Central Government (Caishui [2015] No. 2) and “Notification on Issue of (Fagaijiage [2015] No. 1006) issued by Ministry of Finance of People’s Republic of China and National Development and Reform Commission, China Food and Drug Administration prepared the "Charging Standard for Registration Fees of Drugs and Medical Device Product", "Detailed Implementation Rules for Medicine Registration Fee(Trial)" and "Detailed Implementation Rules for Medical Device Product Registration Fee(Trial)", they are now issued and come into force from the date of their issue.
Notice is hereby given.
